You need a reading, friend!
In order to choose the perfect reading for you, consider how in-depth of a reading you are looking for. A 30 minute reading will typically cover one topic of conversation, or one block to be uncovered. A 45 minute reading will allow time to cover two topics, or a deeper dive into one area of focus. A 60 minute reading gives us time to cover at least two areas of focus as well as develop an ongoing plan for improvement. It is not unusual for me to assign “homework” to my clients, and I highly recommend follow up readings so we can track progress, set more goals, and check in on any energy shifts that have happened since the first reading.
